Alianza's Future Plans for the Metaswitch Product Portfolio

Alianza is acquiring the products listed in the table above and has extended or removed nearly all of the implied End-of-Sale or End-of-Support dates previously communicated by Microsoft. In collaboration with our Metaswitch customers, we will develop new roadmaps for these products in the coming months. We recognize their importance to you and are committed to delivering clear, reliable roadmaps you can trust.
 
Additionally, we want to clarify the status of certain products that Microsoft had previously designated as End-of-Sale or End-of-Support:

1. MaX UC
  • Alianza is reversing all end-of-sale and end-of-support decisions for MaX UC clients.
  • These clients will continue to receive full support and maintenance moving forward.
2. MaX Meeting
  • Alianza will oversee the previously communicated retirement of MaX Meeting.
  • The process has been extended 4 months to be completed no later than August 31, 2025.
  • A detailed timeline will be shared soon.
3. Advanced Messaging Server (AMS)
  • AMS will remain fully supported and maintained.
  • Alianza is removing any prior end-of-sale or end-of-support designations.
4. MaX Connector for Teams (MCT)
  • MCT remains designated as end-of-sale and end-of-support.
  • It will no longer be offered by Alianza.
5. Managed Service for Teams Calling (MSfTC)
  • Alianza is reviewing the end-of-support timeline for MSfTC.
  • Updates on future plans will be provided in the coming months.
