The next wave of AI Voice services will not be captured only by hyperscalers, contact-center specialists, AI pure-plays or smartphone platforms. A commercially meaningful middle ground exists for regional telcos, Tier-1 operators, ISPs, CLECs and MSPs, especially among SMBs that still rely on fixed numbers, informal receptions, non-desk frontline staff and appointment-driven workflows.
